Blaze can provide Call, Text, and Calendar notifications so that you can stay connected!
This post will provide instructions on how to setup your alerts so that you can see who's texting you, the content of the messages, who's calling, and what your calendar has on deck for you. For a detailed overview of alerts for Blaze, please see this help page.
Setup Steps:
Using Alerts:
You can easily see all of your alerts by swiping up from the home screen. Here, you'll see previous incoming calls, text messages for the day, and calendar alerts as well. You may delete these alerts either individually or all at once.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!
If you are having problems receiving notifications, I recommend checking if your phone is a compatible mobile device. If your phone is compatible, follow our calls texts notifications troubleshoot by @SantiR (iOS) and @MarreFitbit (Android). If it is not compatible, keep an eye on our list for any update, keep in mind that you can sync with a computer or compatible device.
See you around! ![]()

Welcome to the Community @RianaD. If you are receiving multiple notification from 1 text, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After the restart process, please test it.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Best Answer@climbbike both iOS and Android have a notification center, and that is used by Fitbit and other wearable and fitness device vendors that support notifications. App(s) need to be configured to show in notification center (and possible other settings like show on lock screen). Thats just the way it works for a device to receive notifications from iOS or Android.

@Danielleray1 @Jacobaliath This issue will be addressed in our new firmware update coming in September.
@Pigtails71 If your mobile device isn't a supported device, I expect it to have issues. I recommend using a supported mobile device for notifications until our team adds the device to the list. They're always working to test and add devices so keep an eye on the list for updates.
@climbbike Definitely not a bug, we're respecting your phone's privacy settings.
@Mubs iOS calendar notifications only support the Apple calendar app. If you're using any other app it will nnot receive notifications from other apps.
@Tjones815 That's a pretty cool suggestion! I recommend adding that as an idea to our Feature Request board and making sure to vote for it. The more votes it gets, the more likely to be considered for implementation in future releases.

@SunsetRunner and @GavinBlaze welcome to the Fitbit Community! @SunsetRunner If you receive call, text, or calendar notifications on your Fitbit tracker, your tracker has a Bluetooth "bond" with the mobile device that sends the notifications. This bond prevents the tracker from syncing with another mobile device or a computer this might be why you need to turn off the iPad to sync with your iPhone. @GavinBlaze We can not provide you a specific time frame for the update to be released keep an eye on this thread for any update! 🙂

Best AnswerI'm having the same problems. I have restarted my Blaze, turned off notifications, uninstalled on my phone. Turned notifications off then restarted my blaze. Nothing is working. I am getting 3 messages alerts for 1 single text message.
