So fitbit have declined implementing a screen protector
"Fitbit Blaze screen is made of Gorilla Glass 3, which means its a durable material and damage resistant."

Same problem. Screens are not durable enough to be on a fitness tracker. After 6 weeks of light use, screen is cracked. Wasted an hour with customer service to find out they won't do anything about it other than to offer a 25% discount. Considering this is a fitness watch, it should be durable enough to handle something more than sitting at my desk at work. Very disappointed in customer service, return and warranty policy, and that Fitbit can't provide any type of product repair. At least they could offer some way to fix the product if they won't replace it.

I bought my Blaze a month ago, I take care of my technology and rarely damage them, however to my dismay I spotted a small fine scratch on my Blaze screen after only a few days from new!
I immediately ordered a tempered glass screen protector via ebay which I fitted a few days later when it arrived. However, the tempered glass screen protector was chipped on the edge within a week of normal wear. As I like my watch to look good I am now on my 4th screen protector already! Whenever I do any odd jobs outside the house it is apparent to me that the design of the case offers NO protection to the exposed bottom and top edges of the Blaze screen face whatsoever, thereby the slightest contact of this exposed edge of the Blaze with virtually any moderately hard surface lends it vunerable to damage.
The screen protectors are doing their job, but I'm shocked at how frequently they are being chipped. The issue however, I believe, is the design of the case offering no protection whatsoever to the fragile edges of the screen.
I'm not rough with my products I've never cracked a phone screen, dropped anything etc. I dont sleep with my blaze on instead my Charge HR and yet this morning I got dressed put on a jumper and what do you know there is a scratch there!
So Fitbit arent these suppose to be damage resistant? Based on what you have answered to the declined idea I should be eligible for an exchange. As putting on a jumper should not scratch this. Very disappointed! I've had it a week!
