Blaze not lighting up when notification received

My Blaze does vibrate when I get a notification but it doesn't light up.  Shouldn't it do that?

@KathyRivera the Versa is the only unit that turns on when a notifications come in.

The Charge 3 should turn on with a rotation of the wrist while close to horizontal, shaking is not what you want
