More notifications are here!
You can now receive notifications from email and other apps on your Blaze! Common emojis are also supported. Please keep in mind that you will need to have the latest Fitbit app version as well as the latest Blaze firmware update (17.8.301.7).
Using Notifications:
When you receive a notification, your Fitbit Blaze vibrates. Depending on the type of notification and your mobile device's operating system, the following information may appear on your screen:
Keep in mind your tracker can only display notifications from third-party apps if you already receive notifications from these apps on your paired iOS or Android mobile device. Make sure notifications are turned on for these apps in your mobile device's settings, and in your Blaze's device settings.
You can see all your notifications by swiping up from the home screen. You'll see previous calls, texts, calendar, email, and app notifications as well. You may delete these notifications either individually by swiping right, or all at once by scrolling down and tapping "Clear All" on the display.

Best AnswerHi @AndrewFitbit,
I'm hoping you can help.
I am looking at the Fitbit Blaze, but a lot of my work and personal conversations take place via whatsapp and I am looking effectivly for a smart watch that has the advanced fitness capabilities of Fitbit products.
I've seen news about the new releases of the notificatoins of third party Apps to the Blaze, but wanted to try and confirm, as there is a lot of confusing posts in this thread, whether using an iPhone (iOS) will allow the Blaze to recieve the Whatsapp notofcations?
I appreciate this may well be once all the firmware and updates are released, but will play a big part in me deciding to chose a Fitbit Blazeover the Apple Watch Series 2.
Thanks in advance
Tom

Best AnswerI am having the exact same issue, with all notifications working except for call notifications (and the test notification, which is a call notification). The call notifications used to work. Any help here would be appreciated.
Best AnswerHad probs setting up email for hours then followed instructions step by step Emails now work from my iphone 5s even though it says you cant get them in the approved devises. Follow the instructions and email notification appears as decribed.
Best Answer@mjdon under 'general', then 'notifications' - you can add 'calendar events' 😊
My Blaze does indeed vibrate when I have a calendar appt. ✔
Best AnswerYep, the Blaze is awesome, but I have the Charge HR which doesn't have that function. I'm considering upgrading but the Blaze seems big and bulky to sleep with
@mjdon I've been using my Blaze for about a year now, and I absolutely love it!!! I've heard stories of Fitbit possibly launching a 'Blaze 2'....so, if you're considering the Blaze, I'd encourage you to check into that possibility too. 😊
Best Answer@Hazelmommy there is roumors of a future fitbit, and they even posted a code name. Now if there is any truth to the roumers it will not be a charge 2, it will be a class fitbit has not ventured into yet.
