My heart Rate monitor simply stopped working, I cleaned it and changed it to the other arm, still no results...

Hold all three buttons down for about 10 seconds until the screen does a
reset. The lights should be fine after that.

I have tried holding all 3 buttons but HR still doesn't work. Any other suggestions please?

Go to your settings on your watch and scroll down to "shutdown". Shutdown
for 5 seconds and restart. If it doesn't light up on the back side then
hold the 3 buttons until the screen gets bright and shows the Fitbit
symbol it takes around 10 to 15 seconds.

If your fit bit is under warranty I suggest you contact customer service
who owns the warranty. I am out of suggestions. It sounds like it can be
an eternal issue.

I had to get a replacement, and haven't had any issues since. Fingers crossed.

How long does the warranty last? My Fitbit Blaze is 2 years old and the HR Monitor has just stopped working properly. I have tried all the reset fixes on here and none of them have worked? Is it time to buy a new one?

Hi,just found your post and tried it on my Blaze. Worked first time. Thanks a million or at least $200 because I was pitching my Blaze. 👍

My blaze is a little over a year and my heart rate monitor stopped working as well. I did all of the troubleshooting and spoke to agent on a live chat. Unfortunately the warranty is for 1 year only and I was only offered 25%off my next purchase. I felt ok with that until I started reading these forum posts and discovered that a majority of fitbit users are on their 2nd or third one after a year or in some cases less than a year. Which makes me leery of buying a second one only to replace it in a years time .... I feel torn I enjoyed my fitbit and have so many bands for it but I don't want to shell out $150+ bucks every year either....

Mine stopped working also. I have done all the resets recommended. I had it set to auto and have now changed it to ON. No help. My warranty has just expired of course. Not only have i lost the heart rate monitor but that means it no longer measures sleep. Need to find a better reliable brand.

Hi I am also having issues with the heart rate monitor on my blaze. Green lights are blinking, I have rebooted the device, I have toggled the setting from Auto, to ON, to OFF, to Auto and nothing seems to bring it back any other thoughts?
