Fitbit Blaze stopped working

My blaze stop working.. it started to turn on by then it shut off and I we went to go charge it thing it was died and I knew it was not died at all.. please help

I'm very sorry to hear that yor Blaze shut off all of a sudden. Thanks a lot for trying to restart it. I'd like to help you out.

 

I'd like to know what happens when you put the tracker in the charger, does it light up or are you able to see anything on the display? Have you tried to restart it? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll be happy to provide more assistance.

hello,

my blaze is doing the same thing, I have a blank screen with just a line of dots at the bottom of the screen

I have tried the factory reset and the blaze vibrates and the icon shows up, but when I put it back in the wristband, the icon goes away and just the line of dots remains

 

the battery is fully charged and was I was able to sync yesterday afternoon, it then stopped working

 

help me, is this a critical issue or can it be fixed
