Fitbit won't connect properly with Oneplus 5

Hello recently changed my phone to Oneplus 5 and I have been having trouble connecting it. It's always stuck on the connecting load out after inputing the code that appeared on the blaze.  Help please I've tried restarting everything

Oneplus 5 did sync with the Charge 3 until fitbit's recent update in March. They are aware of the problem and refuse to fix it.

I have exactly the same issue. It was working fine until Fitbit's recent update.
