I bought my Fitbit Blaze about 2 weeks ago and was certain that it didn't come with the notifications option .. it totally does. I've tried every troubleshoot out there and nothing seems to work. I had music control for a moment or so when trying to get it working but now it's back to not working either.
I should mention I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ which is listed as a compatible device. I've tried:
-Switching Bluetooth off and on
-Unpairing the blaze from my phone Bluetooth
-Unpairing the blaze from my Fitbit account
-Playing with notification settings on my phone, Fitbit device and Fitbit app
-Restarting my phone
-Restarting my Fitbit
-Uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app
-And every combination in between!
What's the deal here? Is my watch busted or is this going to be an ongoing issue with Fitbit?

Great to see you around @SilverGinge, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.
If you are having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there. About the music control, in this post you will see some steps to follow.

Best AnswerI tried these and they did not work. I'll have to call customer support and if it doesn't get resolved there I'll have to return my Fitbit and try something else.
