Hello, I got Fitbit Blaze as a birthday gift from my girlfriend three weeks ago. I was so happy when I found out that I will get them. All the time I took care of them but today morning after I was sleeping with blaze on my hand I found the screen cracked! I am very disappointed because I have had Charge HR for 14 months before and I had absolutely no problems with it all the time and it had only plastic screen and Blaze should have gorilla glass. What is wrong with my Blaze??

Hi, the screen of my Alta HR has three long cracks horizontally across the screen. I didn’t crack it against anything. Other than that, my Alta HR works great. Can Fitbit send me a replacement screen?

I was unhappy with their response to my cracked screen. I Loved my Fitbit. Bought my mom one and my sister and friend bought one as a result of my recommendation. Since fitbit will not stand behind their product, I will now give negative reviews to everyone I know. I will no longer recommend. Very disappointing. 😕 they said they would only give me a discount on a premium Fitbit. Why would I want to spend even more money then I did the first time around if I already know they won’t help me if my screen cracks??? I will have to look into other fitness trackers that don’t have this issue. Maybe I’ll look into an Apple Watch. Too bad because I was Fitbit’s biggest fan.

What difference does it make who repairs the watch. Fitbit is not willing to do it or stand by their product.

I'm at a loss with this thread, it is like people have not read their warranty which they agreed to when creating their fitbit account and again when adding a fitbit tracker, then are upset that what they assumed was covered, is not covered.
True fitbit could at a slightly reduced price repair a tracker, or for the same price provide a new tracker. Personally choosing between being a used or new tracker, I would choose new.

Where is anything that I wrote a threat. I just stated we’re you could get the screen repaired. If this is not under warranty who cares were you get it repaired.
