All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

Looking forward to a fix soon. My Charge 5 is stuck in a different time zone and woke me in the middle of the night. I can chance the watch face and sync steps but cannot get it to reset the time zone and show the correct local time. 😞
UPDATE: As of 11:10am PDT, sync is working again and my time zone finally updated!!

send it back, i can't believe they still sell this ubit , they will lose all their business to thers, totally unprofessional...
it does not work, look at all the postings, it's a no brainer!

I just came back from a bike ride and now it's sync! I did nothing special just disable bluetooth while biking and when a re-enabled it now it's syncing. Thanks and good luck to you guys

I am having the sync issue.
FYI it syncs the steps but nothing else, so it’s kind of partially working.

Same here. Have wasted a couple hours today going thru all the steps multiple times, but no joy on syncing to my phone. It's weird tho cause its still syncing my steps and HR, but no data from sleep or anything else last night.

Interestingly, I got the message fitbit wasn't connected because there was no app. The app IS loaded, my watch updates some of the data, but Not Sleep. I've rei stalled the app, and still get the message there's no app. When it's there!

I have the charge5 now for 8 months. This is the first time I have an issue.
