All morning my charge 5 won’t sync to my iPhone 11. I’ve gone through every step including uninstalling the app, turning blue tooth off and on, pairing again, restarting both devices. Only thing I haven’t done is a factory reset which I had to do last month when alarms stopped working and I don’t really want to do again if that’s not the problem.

Main device wouldn't pair even though it "found" the fitbit.
I was able to pair it again with an old device. But my main device still wont sync it.
Best AnswerWhile it seemed the Charge 5 syncing issue was resolved yesterday, my charge 5 apparently didn't sync during the night and now the sleep data is inaccurate. When will this issue be fully resolved?

Best AnswerExcept that it's not. Just because you say Charge 5 should he syncing, doesn't mean it's fixed. Number of people on here complaining, including me. What's going on?

Best AnswerIt’s still not working for me. I’ve closed and reopened the app, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, forgot and repaired Bluetooth, and restarted the device. This is super frustrating!
Best AnswerAfter complaining this morning, just checked my phone and mine has synced, and my exercise from yesterday that wasn't even showing on my watch yesterday, is all there. So fingers crossed it's just being slow for anyone still waiting and will be back soon.

Best AnswerStill not syncing all information and not syncing at all at times...this is getting frustrating. Have been fitbit person since 2015 but starting to think about switching

What was the issue? My charge 5 has been stuck in various states for the last 5 days. Currently stuck on the updating screen
SMe here, have lost 5 days. Amount of time wasted would have been cheaper to send a new device.
