Sleep data changes

Why did Fitbit change their sleep tracking screen? I absolutely HATE this new arrangement. The sleep tracking feature was the main reason I wore a Fitbit. The screen went from being very user friendly and attractive to a bunch of ugly lines! Being able to tap on a particular aspect of my sleep which would then change into an enlarged and more elaborate display is no longer possible! Why would Fitbit take a feature that was great and RUIN it??  I no longer have a reason to want to wear a Fitbit.

Yes the original app was far superior to the current app.

Fitbit: Are you even LISTENING? The recent change to the visual display for sleep tracking is awful. Your users HATE it universally. I have worn a fitbit since the beginning of time - I am now seriously considering my alternatives. Too bad, so sad.

I have noticed a change with the sleep data too or something like that. Different colours came up on the sleep stages time recently, even today when I checked my sleep it's different colours on it.

I went from complaining about the new interface to having no ability to sync this morning. Please bring back the old interface.

Another disgruntled 10 year Fitbit user! Sleep pattern as it now exists is useless.

And what happened to the sleep scores??

Agree. I have Premium and it’s the same.

I have Premium - they’ve screwed it up for everyone.

It’s so bad!!!!! When you tap on how long you’ve spent in deep sleep it give me the start n finish time, like I have to work out the calculation of how long that is??!?!?  I don’t have the time to add that together? I’m not the rain man??? The old Version use to do it for me!!! I’m all about colours it helps me segregate and work out what’s what? This new version has no colour it’s just horrendous

I totally agree. It is not working now!

The google engineers have plenty of time to virtue signal and take over corporate offices for sympathetic  Gaza protests but no time to address their defective release. This is my last straw from these knuckle-heads…..good riddance!

Sleep tracker is used daily. Now it’s unreadable. What were they thinking. Please return to previous display and fire however came up with these changes. I will be forced to switch brands if it dosent return to a readable platform. Very disappointing Fitbit

Hopefully the forums are monitored by Fitbit people. Only other option it to switch brand which I will be doing if the sleep app is not returned to what it was. Most used feature of this watch for me

Agree with everyone here.  The new readout is difficult to read and totally USELESS!!!  Information that I relied on is gone or ridiculously minimized.  PUT IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS!!!  Whoever redesigned this failed.  There was no reason to change it.

Agree, I totally hate this upgrade.  I used to look at my wake up times during the night to see if there was a pattern.  Can't do that anymore and I am extremely unhappy about it.  They need to go back to the previous version, because to me this is absolutely useless and it did it on its own.  I didn't update it.  If it isn't broke don't fix it!!

:hundred_points: I wore mine for the sleep tracking too.  Now every day I wake up pissed off at Fitbit.

Indeed! Their response to me was it cannot be reversed to previous display! Not acceptable. Personally not ready to spend time shopping AND paying for new alternative. Not pleased at all with the Fitbit experience of late.

Well I guess after 9 years of wearing a Fitbit I will be forced to change brands. The sleep feature is the most used feature of this watch it is now unreadable. Unfortunate.
