Sleep data changes

Why did Fitbit change their sleep tracking screen? I absolutely HATE this new arrangement. The sleep tracking feature was the main reason I wore a Fitbit. The screen went from being very user friendly and attractive to a bunch of ugly lines! Being able to tap on a particular aspect of my sleep which would then change into an enlarged and more elaborate display is no longer possible! Why would Fitbit take a feature that was great and RUIN it??  I no longer have a reason to want to wear a Fitbit.

It’s been going on for months but they are just ignoring it . They don’t
even reply to the threads - really shouldn’t be in business as there is no
acknowledgement on their side that there is a huge issue and many unhappy
customers. No customers - no business !! People need to switch from Fitbit
as it’s not actually doing the job that we bought it for !!!

Hi there, did you ever get a resolution to this? Mine just changed to the screen shot you shared above and I miss the old screen. Curious if you found a way to revert back?

No. I just bought a different brand which I’m also not satisfied with.

You haven't failed unless you stop trying.

Hi!
No resolution & no news from them re the loss of functionality. Some people
were told it would be going back to how it was but clearly that was a fairy
tale. Best thing is to go elsewhere once this Fitbit dies or ditch it now
if you’ve had enough.

Nobody asked for this change and it seems nobody likes it

Iooks like they are working to move us all to Apple Watch.

Trouble is, I don’t want the expense of an Apple Watch, just want something simple that does all that Fitbit used too.

It can’t manage sleep stats at all so shouldn’t be sold with that description. Good luck with your new product - a sure the customer support and service will also be much better .

I agree with you, considering I’ve used a Fitbit for years and then had to switch because they don’t listen to their customers is a shame.
