Hey @junet, @mail, @grandmapat, @SunsetRunner and @anarbato, it's nice to see new members in the Community!
It's really odd that your Fitbit suddenly stop syncing. to fix this issue, please follow these steps in the order it appears:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth, WiFi or mobile data and phone.
3. Once the previous steps are done, restart your Fitbit following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions.
4. Turn the phone, Bluetooth and Internet connection back on and try to sync again.
If the previous steps does not work, you can also try the syncing process with a different mobile device or use the computer by downloading the Fitbit Connect software.
Let me know if this works.

It never paired, but I could set an alarm that worked... But when the alarm went off, it zeroed all my settings. Duh. But it saw that it recognized that the charge HR now has a full battery and I was able to change the greeting. It's trying, but it ain't there yet...

Do we lose data when we un-install fitbit app and re-install it again? I would have thought the app would sync from the web servers. Isnt it?

Howdy @AlokM, a warm welcome to the Fitbit forums. You're right actually, the information is saved in our database, if you use different devices to check the Fitbit account the same information is going to show up. As long as you sync the tracker, the information is going to be saved in your account.
Hope this answers your inquiry, I'll be around.
