Is there a reason I cannot post a new thread in "Fitbit Community Basics"?

Best Answer

I can't add anything either. The button is greyed out so can't add a post.

I can reply to things, but I can't start a new topic.  The button is there, but it's greyed out and nothing happens when I press it.

Users cannot start new threads in the Community Basics forum. If you have a question about using the Community forums, you can respond to any existing threads in that forum. If you have a question about a Fitbit product or feature, you can starrt a new thread or join an existing conversation in the relevant forum for that topic.

That makes sense, thanks!

It must just be me, but even though I finally created a login name I cannot find a New Topic button or anything.  I just got my Fitbit and smartphone yesterday and am trying to learn how to add fitbit friends from my contacts on my phone.  I have 157 contacts and when I search via contacts it only shows my first one, not the other 156.  Please help.

Any idea why my Start a Topic button is inactive?

"Start a topic" is greyed out for me, meaning I can't start one!

@All

Only Moderators can start a post on Fitbit Community Basics

Head over to your specific device forum and post a message. The start topic button will not be greyed out there.
