So Premium just up and disappeared on me this morning with no warning whatsoever, and I've come here to find that you stopped accepting new applications to it a while back.
Here's the thing.
You didn't warn me it was going away.
You didn't let the subscription run to completion I was 8/12 of the way through my current course.
I don't see a reasonable substitution available. Most of the utility of my Fitbit hinged on data I was collecting through my Premium subscription. How are you going to fix this?

okay, so I've done some reading and what was Premium is only available through the new app dashboard.
I'm on the old app dashboard despite having updated the app yesterday.
How do I get my data back?

The laugh riot is that if you export your data to a CSV file it's all there, it's annoying because it's not live. It's just not available on either the app or the web dashboard.

I appreciate the details mentioned. As you mentioned the old Fitbit Premium membership isn't available anymore. However, there's a new Fitbit Premium that you can buy, this one is a personalized resource in the Fitbit app that includes guided programs and advanced tools to help you reach your goals.
There are 3 features of Fitbit Premium, which are:
- Details programs tailored to your health and fitness goals
- Insights on your activity and progress throughout programs
- Step-by-step workouts with Fitbit Coach

The new Premium is only in the New App style.
Despite having my phone updated in the App store to the most recent version it hasn't migrated to the new style yet and still looks just like it has for the last few years.
My phone claims to be supported (Apple 5s).
You are pushing us to try something I have explained in detail already that I Can Not Get To.
The fix to your problem might be in someone else's department and that sucks, but it shouldn't be me that has to point this out.
If you want me to try the new Premium you are going to have to tell me how to force my app to roll over to the new style app.
