My wife and I both purchased our Fitbits (different models at different times) through the HUMANA OTC (Over the Counter). She recently received an email offering "Fitbit Premium" at no additional charge. I have not received such an offer. Just wondering what criteria she met that I have not!?!? Anybody have a similar experience? Any, thoughts about it?

Hi @Tryn2bAbitFIT who sent the email? Probably came from Humana.

It actual came from Fitbit, but the message reads "You've been invited to take part in the "Humana OTC" program!" She responded (not knowing it was going to be free) and after filling the boxes on the forms the system responded telling her that "Fitbit Premium" would now be free for her! She already had Fitbit Premium but now it would be "FREE!"

@Tryn2bAbitFIT I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to assist you. They might know more, working for the company.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tryn2bAbitFIT. Thank you for sharing your Premium query.
The criteria depends of the Fitbit that you both have and the time when got them. Which Fitbit models do you both have and how long ago did you get your trackers? This could be a Humana promo, as @Odyssey13 mentioned, and arrived through Fitbit.
