I have signed up for FitBit Premium...3 months free. How long does it take until you are able to use it? Something seems to be not working right.

@petzoo A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

It can take up to 8 hours for your subscription to be activated. I would like you to make sure you've done the following to check your Fitbit Premium program:

  1. Tap the Discover tab > Guided Programs.
  2. Choose the guided program you want.
  3. Read the overview, and tap Get Started to begin the program.
  4. Follow the instructions to enter your information and set goals.
  5. Read the summary of your program plan.
  6. Tap Start to read helpful tips and see your progress for the day.

Let me know the outcome.

@Jayday93 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

The Premium features will be found on the "Discover" tab of your Fitbit app, find below the information that you should see:

- Guided Programs
- Challenges and Adventures
- Workouts
- Guided Meditations

Regarding the analysis of sleep heart rate & restlessness, Premium members will receive a deeper analysis of how their sleep score is calculated. This deeper analysis includes visibility into sub-scores for time asleep, deep and REM sleep stages, and restoration details, which provides analysis of your sleeping heart rate and time spent tossing and turning. Learn more about it in this article

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
