Does anyone knows how to cancel fitbit premium subscription that was subscribed through Live Healthy SG? Would like to cancel as I has not really helped me during this pandemic.

@leapwolf A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry.

In the Live Healthy Singapore Program, the Fitbit Premium subscription includes a 12-month commitment. You could contact us when your subscription period is about to end to avoid that it auto renews.

For more information about Fitbit Premium and the Live Healthy Singapore program check:

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@Gracechua A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the details mentioned.

You're being redirected to Google Play because that's the store that you subscribed from. In this case, please check this article to learn how to cancel a subscription on the Google Play app.
