How to disable health reminders?

I'm receiving health reminders ('drink water', 'what's for dinner',...) and I would like to disable them, but i don't see the option 'reminders for health and wellness' in the fitbit app to disable them (I'm not Premium)

@Abm3273  this words in my first post are still standing: " I don't see the option 'reminders for health and wellness' in the fitbit app to disable them (I'm not Premium)"

 

Versa 2 firmwareversion 35.72.1.9 (translated to dutch)

 

I wish I could toggle off... I lost count how many times I tried to find that option

Sorry, but this is not a very encouraging answer. I have the same problem here. And when I read the threads, nobody can explain, why it's not displaying for some users. And it does not seems like some sort of rollout in waves.

 

To be honest, I think and hope there is some logic behind this displaying or hiding the menu entry. Maybe all people (without this menu point) have something in common. Because from the answers, I don't know if the developers are only aware of the problem or if they are aware of the reason, too.

 

This reminder feature is something I am desperately waiting for, to activate it.

At the moment, our team is aware of this and may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. Note that the Health and Wellness reminders are available in Fitbit Charge 3, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa series.

Mine are all set to "off," and yet the water reminder still persists. Please provide a solution!

@bpmba Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

In this case, let's try the following: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and continue monitoring its functionality

no resolution...

 

I recently tried the reply to bpmba, but that didn't work for me... The option isn't showing, the other tricks don't give the desired result...

I know that buying a new fitbit doesn't remove the undesired spam-notifications, so... last fitbit for me if not solved
