I have a similar issue. It logged the session for the first time I used a session, but now it no longer gives me the option to log the session even though it is a different day.

Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share details about what you were experiencing with the Mindfulness sessions. I'm happy to announce that this issue has been resolved and now you're able to log the completed sessions.
As always please ensure the latest Fitbit app version is installed on your phone.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have been doing the 3-minute or 5 minute mindfulness daily. In the last 3 DAYS, the app has not shown that I completed anything. Today I have used 3 mindfulness apps -- logging in about 13 minutes according to my timer but my Fitbit dashboard shows zero activity.

I am having the same problem. I purchased premium service especially for the additional fitbit mindfulness audio files. I want to be able to track my heart rate during meditation every time I complete a session

I have the same issue. Did you find a solution?

So I recently got an Inspire 2 with premium included. I started logging mindfulness sessions, which I really liked. As well as logging the session the app showed me how my HR changed during the session and asked to log how calm I felt at the end. But for about a week now I can still do the sessions, but there is no ability to log or see any HR change - the session just ends in limbo, but sure if it is an app or Inspire 2 bug - any suggestions?

@Rymomster @dragonspeak @Anyame @soo345 It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the detailed information shared. I was testing this feature and it seems that the Fitbit app is no longer showing this message when the Mindfulness session finished. However, you'll receive a Fitbit notification on your phone, which will ask if you'd like to log the session, once you click on "Yes" it will logged on to your Mindfulness tile. Can you confirm that you're getting this notification?
Since this is a Fitbit app notification please ensure your push notification are turned on.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Since there was no help here, I called Fitbit directly.
Support told me to connect Fitbit to the charger.
Push the button for 8-10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the Fitbit.
Go to phone apps under Settings. Under APPS select Fitbit. Hit FORCE STOP.
Restart the app.
So far, it hasn't worked,

I could log sessions Monday but didn't get the pop up to log yesterday or today.

Unfortunately this is exactly the problem - no notification to log at all. I just listen to the meditation and at the end there are no options to do anything other than return to the main screen on the app on my phone. The last meditation in my log is over a week ago even though I am doing them every day.

I have done a mindfullness session every day since last Tuesday. The app no longer records it so it does not appear as a session on the tile. At the end of the session the message to save and then to record how you feel with a smiley face etc does not appear. This is frustrating. Why did it suddenly stop? I have checked push notifications as suggested and did a force stop. No change, still not recording sessions

Hi everyone.
Thank you for getting back. I appreciate that you mentioned you haven't been getting this notification, I'd like you to check the screenshot below and check if after you've done a Mindfulness session you receive it on your phone notifications.
If you're not receiving this notification please let me know the phone model, OS and Fitbit app version installed.
Let me know how it goes, looking forward to hearing back from you.

I'm having the same problem! I complete the entire session, and then it doesn't do anything. Sometimes it will ask to log the session, but more often than not it won't. It just freezes.

No I don't get that screen. There is no recognition by the app or phone that I have completed a meditation. I'm using a OnePlus android phone.

Checked related topics but no one has answered those either which means no help for me. Has Fitbit gotten complacent? I sure hope not
