Rebooting: I know; it’s hard to find. It’s now tucked away in the About section of Settings. Scroll down and you will see it. I did reboot but I may need to wait until tomorrow morning to see if it made any difference in the Sleeping HR graph problem.

Same problem. I know it’s tracking it, but it’s not graphing it. This ionic has so many small annoyances that it is making the Apple Watch look better and better every day.

The Ionic is, indeed, tracking sleep data since the percent above and below the resting heart rate is reported. This is clearly a problem with the software and it began when the most recent update was installed. I almost bought an Apple after years with Fitbit, but got the Ionic specifically because it reported sleep data - so I could monitor sleep apnea issues. The Apple looks better every time I see a blank graph under Restoration.

When will they realize that it was the update that broke this feature and the same troubleshooting they tell us to do for every issue will won’t resolve it?

I started with Apple Watch but it’s not as good as watches dedicated to fitness tracking ( which the ionic is supposed to) the fitness tracking on Apple just feels like an add on

Same here. Iphone 11 pro IOS 13.6, app is version 3.27. It’s registering my heart rate when i sleep but not showing on the graph lately. When i go back to weeks ago when i know the graph was showing, well the graph is not displaying on those days. I hope for a speedy fix! Thanks 🙂

Same issue for me.
Fitbit 3.27 (984)
IPhone X
IOS 13.6
It seems like the data is skewed to the left and outside the chart. There you might see some if the data if you point your finger at the start of the graph and move it to the left - outside of the window. Looks like the endpoint is of the graph is switched to a point to the left - outside of the screen.

Yes, same here. I get some statistics moving my finger to the left. Weird!

Just tried it and yes your right. It seems obviously a problem with the latest app update. Apparently Fitbit are aware so hopefully a fix will coming soon.
