It’s just a graph of your heart rate. Yes it’s a cool feature and I’m bummed it isn’t working, but good lord there are a lot of adults throwing toddler tantrums on here. You have a watch more powerful than the computers that sent the first human to the moon, but the fact that your sleeping heart rate graph isn’t working for a few days makes it worthless? I think the Fitbit Relax app is still working, if anyone wants to try it 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I think you missing the point at a cost of almost £100 per year they should getting the update right before they roll out an update, or at least acknowledge there is a problem when you phone customer support and not fob you of like I was.

People are paying for this!
Maybe you should keep the name calling to yourself.....

And, now, if we can use all of this feedback/eyeballs to reinvigorate the campaign for larger font options (check out all of the posts on that) on some of the devices where they've made adjustments that decrease the ability to read text messages, etc... 😉  Shifting from Versa 2HR to Charge 4 was a downgrade in that aspect of functionality for no discernible reason.  IMHO.

@RocksAndWater Um this is a paid feature and the enhanced sleep analysis is probably the only worthwhile advantage to having Fitbit premium. If this feature was just a standard (or free) portion of the app, we wouldn’t be so bothered but it isn’t - we pay for it. Comparing us to toddlers having a tantrum is uncalled for and frankly quite rude

That data and graph Are the main reason I paid for premium, if it’s not there, subscription cancelled...

Heart rate and all monitors are working fine but the Restoration sleep chart is no longer displaying although it gives the stats below the (now blank) chart. Standard daily heart rate chart displaying fine and shows rate throughout the night and other Fitbit Premium charts and stats are working fine. Chart was working fine until a few days ago. Have rebooted Ionic and app to no avail.

I started exercising the same as of 8/07/2020. Any fix yet?

Cancel your subscription and give this issue as the reason.  I just did that.  You can always re-subscribe later, but I'm sure if they start losing a bunch of subscriptions because of this issue then they'll fix it.  I'm surprised they have known about it for weeks.

@RocksAndWater Funny you mention the moon that made me think if fitbit programmers were part of the moon shot we'd have nothing but a bunch of dead astronauts floating in space

Hello. I have Fitbit premium and followed these steps. I still do not have the graph for restoration heart rate showing again.

I didn’t call anyone names. I said some were throwing tantrums. I agree that name calling is rude, that’s why I pointed out the behavior. It is unnecessary to go off and call the developers and moderators stupid and inept. State the issue, and move on. If you want to unsubscribe, by all means do that. We don’t have to go full-Karen, “I want to speak to the manager!” and “I’m never coming here again!”

I contacted customer service yesterday and I also found another 13 page thread on this. 😱 I guess it’s been going on for well over a week. They are aware of it and working the problem. It’s literally the only reason I use premium... in fact it’s literally the only reason I use Fitbit instead of another device on own. I hope it is fixed soon!

The graphing stopped working.  Then out of the blue started back working.  But only for 3 days.  It’s back not graphing AGAIN.  Wth

That did not work with my Charge 2 and I already have premium.

Exact same thing for me and I am paying for Premium features! I get a restoration score but no data. Charge 2. Even the history is gone when it was there before.

@RocksAndWater You don’t employ a plumber to install a bathroom and then simply let it slide when one of the taps don’t work. You pay for something, you expect it to work. This bug has existed for 12 days now and for a premium feature this is unacceptable.

So yes, I think it’s completely warranted  for us to have a little moan about Fitbit’s ineptitude with handling this.
