Best AnswerHi Hoffman, that didn't work on mine, as the App store said I was up to date. But still no SHR. So I deleted the app completely from my phone. It said it would delete all my data and was I OK with that, and I said yes because I knew it wouldn't actually do that. Then turned my phone off. Then turned my computer off. Then turned my phone on again and downloaded the app afresh to my phone - and this time it did say 3.29 "with security patch and fixes" . Then I turned my computer on, then restarted my fitbit itself. Now on my phone, all the old data is back. And all the sleep heart rate data is back every night to when I first got the fitbit.
Hallelujah!
Thanks everyone!
I had to delete the old app from my iPhone and then download the updated version. It would also help if you turned off your phone and restarted it before downloading the updated app. Good luck.
Best AnswerSo installing the update per the instructions in the Fitbit notification is not enough? I have restarted my Inspire HR and installed the update and still only get the restoration graph if sleep begins after midnight.

Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for updating the thread, we're glad to hear that some of you are already seeing your Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph again.
As you've noticed the new app update 3.29 started rolling out today and should be available to all soon.
Once again, thanks for your patience while you receive the new app update.

Best AnswerI deleted the old app, kept my account when asked, Then I powered my iPhone 11 Pro off, downloaded the new Fitbit app from the App Store after turning my phone back on. Installed, logged in...all is there and all is well. Even the missing restoration graphs are where they should be! Thx for the tips!
I followed the steps from you all and it works ! Thanks !!!
I did not find it necessary to delete and reinstall the app on my iPhone 8. All I did was update it and the missing graphs showed up, so I would try simply updating before going through all the other steps.
Best AnswerI applied the latest iOS app update yesterday and my sleep graph worked for the first time in weeks, overnight. Hopefully that's all fixed now but will monitor.
Best AnswerIt has...I did follow the steps the other said to do and it works. Hopefully it will continue long term.
Best AnswerDeleted the app. Reinstalled. Did the update. It worked. FOR ONE NIGHT! Today...nothing. No graph. It did tell me that my heart rate was below resting for 100% of the time I was asleep. Impossible. I am a very restless sleeper, and have never had anything close to that. I am beginning to doubt everything about this device.
