Same here. I believe I have been having this problem since the beginning of July. The sleep study is the primary reason I subscribe to the premium service. I hope Fitbit is planning on offering some sort of compensation for this failed service.

I’m experiencing this problem too. It appeared to be resolved for a few days but is again not working.
If I touch the left edge of the graph it scrolls backwards through the hours for as far as I can keep contact with the screen.
I hope it’ll be resolved soon.

Updated App and is now working again. Thanks for the suggestion.

Are yes, it says you will lose your data, but in fact you don’t lose the data. You delete the app and the data relating to app version 3.28, and when you reinstall the new update 3.29 it will give you the newer version of the app, but all YOUR old data will be there. This is quite common when deleting an older version of an app, and installing a newer one. It always says you will lose your data, but it doesn’t mean YOUR data. Good luck. 😉

My graph detail started showing up for a couple days. Now it is gone again. It is reading the sleeping heart rate. The detail is not showing up in the graph again. It would be helpful if Fitbit posted information about this issue.

Is anyone else also noticing the Versa 2 is not showing sleep stats on the the watch screen itself? Just did most recent update today and that didn’t fix the issues. Thank you in advance for your help with this!

I have the FitBit Premium package. Recently the sleep portion does not show a “restoration” chart. What is wrong? I hate paying for a feature that I cannot receive.

Fitbit are aware of this bug. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:

I just installed the latest update to Fitbit through the App Store on my iPhone 8. The update, 3.29, was available three days ago, according to the App Store. I opened the Fitbit app, clicked on update, and my sleep graph and sleep graph history has been restored. However, others have had similar success, only to see the graph disappear again. Fingers crossed!

I’m not sure how to do this. I am on 3.28 (986) and when I go to check for updates it says that my ionic is up-to-date. I did try logging out and logging back in and all that did was make me lose my Fitbit friends list. If there is an admin who can tell me if there’s a way to update so my sleeping heart rate data start showing again I would appreciate it.
