I can’t get my Fitbit coach hooked up keeps saying email already taken but that’s the email I used to set up my Fitbit versa

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Coach board in order to keep our boards organized as it seems this situation is more related to the Coach app than to the Fitbit Versa.
Now, if you have already created a Fitbit account with your email address, when you start with Fitbit Coach, instead of create a new account, please tap on "Sign up with Fitbit". After that, you will be able to set up your personal profile and link the Fitbit app.

Hello @Kittmer1, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. At this moment, please uninstall the Coach app from your phone, then download it again. After that, choose "log in with email" and try to manually log in with your email address and password. If you're still getting a validation error, please take a screenshot and reply to us with it so we can check this further.
