Hi everyone,
I bought a Fitbit Flex 2 so that I could measure my swimming lengths, but after I swam today it did not appear to register any lengths. I do have it set to auto recognize and wonder if i should change that?
Advice please,
Liz
ps I am not a super swimmer but do about 40 x 25mtre laps swimming a steady breast stroke.

You may want to shorten the time it takes to auto recognized swimming, for example I set mine to 10 minutes or longer. If you aren't a strong swimmer, it may take closer to 15 minutes for it recognize the activity, but I found after a couple of times it appeared to get smarter. Hope that helps!

Swimming with Breast Stroke. I have been complaining to Fitbit for many weeks now about my devices inaccuracy when tracking swimming. I typically swim 40 lengths breast stroke for 30 mins. If it works it usually under records by about 10 to 15 minutes. In the last 2 days it hasn't even recognised I have been swimming. It has however recognised i have been doing an activity.
Getting ready to reject it if Fitbit don't get there act together.

My Fitbit used to record my swim data properly and now it doesn’t even say I swam at all! I usually do a mile Or so I 40’. Now I don’t even get credit for the correct amount of time I am in the pool! This is my fourth Fitbit.... I have gifted one. I’m very upset with this serious set back!
