Hello- for the past 3 months or so, my Fitbit Flex 2 is only recognized by my iPhone WHILE it is on the charger. As soon as I remove it from the charger, I get the "no device found" message, no lights will blink when I double tap it, and am unable to connect to it via Bluetooth. It is fully charged. I have tried every troubleshooting tip numerous times and nothing seems to work. Please help! I have barely had it for a year and it was working perfectly before this.

@shananigans87 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Flex 2 not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This seems like the battery is not holding its charge. Since you didn't specify what you did I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you! I had tried cleaning with rubbing alcohol before, but it seems like trying a different USB port did the trick! It is working again 🙂
