I reset my ionic
however, I got a Red X and say "Data not cleared Sync & try again"
But I cant do anything in my Ionic, no response when I push all the button
What should I do?

And I removed the device from the app. But can't connect it again! With both my computer and phone,.

Can't pair again. Even not after resetting by pressing all three butons. Still saying: Data not cleared.
