The entire face fell off my ionic and all of its guts came out! They replaced it in December and today the face fell off the replacement too. Anyone else having this problem? I am not rough on the watch and I have never dropped it.

Sorry about your situation. As you can see, many of us are in the same situation. Our issue has fallen on deaf ears. Sadly!!!

I think it is marked as solved because otherwise it would be an admission that they ought to actually do something. Looking at the entire Ionic forum, though, I was surprised to see the extent to which this model is failing users. With the rumors of a Versa 2 coming out, it looks like they Ionic will eventually be discontinued and the early adopters will get nothing for their loyal support. Really wish Pebble were still around.

Bought my Ionic in Oct 2017 when they first came out. In Aug 2018 started having problems with the screen rising. You can see the end result. **ahem** thing completely came loose. Fitbit replaced it with a refurbished watch. Apparently they do NOT fix those either because the same thing happened.

My wife was sick and had a 103.5 fever 🥵 and was still wearing it when she was sick not knowing what was going to happen! After the third day the screen popped off and after calling them found out it was out of warranty by so little! They only offered me 25% off a new one! I asked to speak to a manager and got a supervisor and when asked about the manager the supervisor said that her manager does not take calls!

Yes, it is about Ionic.

I was transferred to a supervisor who said the exact thing. No common sense is allowed but both agreed for the price it should last longer!

My 1st Ionic face fell off in 6-19, after only 10 months. My replacement (free, under warranty) is already loosening, 4 mos. later. The (pathetic) response from the chat agent was that Fitbit was "built to last".
I'm sorry, but I own many devices that are > 4 months old that aren't falling apart.
No discount is going to sway me to spend $ on inferior product.

Hi Mardi,
I considered that, but I wear it both for exercise and in a work environment. I just bought a screen protector from Amazon that I (pray) will hold the face down long enough to function!

My fitbic Iconic, which I now believe is over the 365 days, the screen has come off and will not now charge , this does seem to be an issue with Fitbit I looked on like and on your forum and numerous people have stated this happens all the time . What would the charge be for repair .

as I understand it, there is no way to submit this for repair. Some in this group are gluing it on their own, but that may not ensure water reistance.
