Fitbit ionic screen falls off

The entire face fell off my ionic and all of its guts came out! They replaced it in December and today the face fell off the replacement too. Anyone else having this problem? I am not rough on the watch and I have never dropped it.

So sad that has been months if not year(s) and still no resolution.  I purchased a Samsung Active 2 and loving it so far.  Works so much better than the Ionic when it did work.

Yep Apply looks like a better company.

Thank you! My fitbit's face just came off. I have not had this one very long and was thinking about getting the Samsung but have not heard any reviews. I appreciate it!

You have a year warranty on the Iconic and can get it replaced. I have not tried the Samsung.

Welcome to the club. Glue will not work.  Once that face falls off, it is done.  Hopefully, you are within your warranty.

Mine just fell off too! Obviously they are junk and they aren’t standing behind their product. They said they’d give me 25% off a new tracker and when I use their link, it still comes out more than If you just go directly to their website and buy one!  How nice of them. I’m done with them. Not a huge fan of the Apple Watch but at least they stand behind their product.

I think I might go that way if I can find a small enough one.

Was your watch still in warranty. I had a replacement watch March 2019 due the screen coming apart. The screen to the replacement has also come apart and Fitbit is only offering me 25% as it’s out of its warranty period. Do they think their customers have money to throw about

My replacement tore up a year later and they offered 25% off.  I glued it and so far it's working.   When it breaks, I will NEVER buy another Fitbit item.  I'll try something new.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

My screen just fell off this morning. I didn't even know this was a problem with the Ionics!!

I've tweeted fitbit support and am waiting for a response.

I've never got the unit wet either, but its just over 2 years old. I can't afford a new fitbit!!!

Over two years old, I’ll bet they’ll do nothing for you. Maybe a discount on a new one. 🙁
