The entire face fell off my ionic and all of its guts came out! They replaced it in December and today the face fell off the replacement too. Anyone else having this problem? I am not rough on the watch and I have never dropped it.

Welcome to the club. Glue will not work. Once that face falls off, it is done. Hopefully, you are within your warranty.

Mine just fell off too! Obviously they are junk and they aren’t standing behind their product. They said they’d give me 25% off a new tracker and when I use their link, it still comes out more than If you just go directly to their website and buy one! How nice of them. I’m done with them. Not a huge fan of the Apple Watch but at least they stand behind their product.

I think I might go that way if I can find a small enough one.

Was your watch still in warranty. I had a replacement watch March 2019 due the screen coming apart. The screen to the replacement has also come apart and Fitbit is only offering me 25% as it’s out of its warranty period. Do they think their customers have money to throw about

My screen just fell off this morning. I didn't even know this was a problem with the Ionics!!
I've tweeted fitbit support and am waiting for a response.
I've never got the unit wet either, but its just over 2 years old. I can't afford a new fitbit!!!
