My new Ionic Bluetooth doesn't work. It can't find any Bluetooth devices and it won't sink to my Galaxy s6.

Thanks for all the input, but none of this has worked. Now none my devices can detect my Ionic via bluetooth. It's like it doesn't exist. I'm really disappointed with this. My husband only got me this a year ago Christmas! I certainly thought I would get more use out of it than this. I've been trying for two months to figure this out!

So you have had this for one year and Bluetooth has never work is this correct if so i will be returning this.

None of this has helped with my Note 8. Neither my phone or PC's bluetooth can find my Ionic. My Ionic is stuck on Oct. 31. This is way beyond frustrating to go through this for two months!

I tried all suggested steps and still my Ionic is not discoverable by my phone or PC. It's still stuck on Oct. 31 date and doesn't keep time correctly either.

I think this is a crime that they are selling these very well knowing they are are not ready for market . So if anyone is planning on buying one don,t as this seems to be an issue with fitbit. They say it my phone which is iphone 8 but your having the same issue with a Samsung.

I've done it all multiple times!!! the bluetooth on the Ionic clearly isn't functioning! It worked for the first ten months then this crap!

Did you do a factory reset in your fitbit settings and entered a 4 digit number?

I did all of the recommendations but that did not work for me so I unpaired my fitbit from my phone and re-paired it and that finally did the trick in case anyone else has that same issue!

I wish ur suggestion would have worked, but Bluetooth paired but symbol is red on Ionic.

hi there, this does nothing, I wish it did. My Ionic was awesome, then one day 2 weeks ago, it kept telling me that my Bluetooth on my phone was off and fitbit wanted to restart it. It was on and it never finds the Bluetooth. It sometimes syncs to my laptop, then it doesn't. This has since been the ongoing saga. I have restarted, unpaired, re-paired, deleted ionic from profile, factory reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all several times over. Yes, the phone I have Note 9 is compatible. My fitbit ionic is not even a year old, maybe 5 or 6 months at best. Please help, I'd appreciate any suggestions.
