My new Ionic Bluetooth doesn't work. It can't find any Bluetooth devices and it won't sink to my Galaxy s6.

The clock on my Ionic was wrong. No big deal this has happened before. But this time it is different. The Bluetooth on my Ionic has just stopped working. It is as if it doesn't even exist. I have restarted the Ionic. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have turned off the Bluetooth on the computer so as to not interfere with the sync process. I have done it all, but I am told by the screen display "no device found."
This really sucks!!! I believe it is time to move on to a different company's products!!!

How old was your unit? I am guessing that they wont fix mine because it is too old. I am sure they will just say oh well, buy a new one!!

Mine was like 2 years old and fitbit replaced it for me. I had problems the whole time. My new one is working great so far.

Should I have to do this multiple times a day? Why doesn’t the clock show right time? I’m done factory reboot twice, I have done multiple reboots of both Fitbit and phone. Any ideas why all of a sudden this happened? I don’t even think my Fitbit is. Year old.
Put Fitbit on charger, did iPhone latest update and my Fitbit synced..now my it won’t and the time is off by 4 min already but before I get up in the morning it will be off by hours.
I have loved my device so much that now I am letting the fact I can’t get even the right time put me in a bad mood!

I have the same problems on my iPhone. I installed one application on my iPhone that scans for signals from nearby devices. My Ionic has a really small energy signal (-80dbms) and my wife’s Ionic has a much stronger signal (-35dbms). It’s pretty obvious to me that the problem is with my watch! It’s only 15 months old!

Did you ever get a fix for this issue? My ionic has just started to do exactly the same. Thanks

I think eventually after complaining over the phone constantly I got an update that solved the problem.

I have had the same problem even done a factory reset and now my watch us stuck with logo and hops from language to language stating download the app. I have tried reconnecting the ionic, followed all the instructions and still won't let me connect to the app. What can I do?
