Hello, I have a problem with my ionic the BMP place it only shows - -, and does not count steps. I was resetting to factory settings. Ionic after the application with the phone also does not show steps and bmp in the application. I would be very grateful for your help 🙂

hello I have this watch too if your wearing it and it doesn't say maby reset the watch and for the steps, the same thing put it on and rum or a bit then shake the arm it's on than check if not reset then if both done words complain to the shop and return it and swich it to a new one for it too work .
