My ionic was working great and then the battery died the other day. I plugged it in to charge and came back a few hours later and it still says 0% when you press a button. It has now been on charge for 3 days and still says 0%. I have tried wall chargers and running it off the laptop USB but still nothing! I can't reset or do anything as there is no battery life! Help!

Mine eventually reset when I let tge power completely run out. Then I
recharged and ran the reset. I contacted them and we did this over the
phone. It’s never done it since then

Me too,  tried a restart, factory reset and nothing.

Finally getting some power to the screen but doesn't seem to be charging .

Tried restart and factory reset, turned phone off and on nothing.

Spoke with customer service snd couldn't get it to work so they sent me a 30% off email.

Watch is 17 months old, not sure i will buy another one.

How do you restart a dead watch? Please be specific as theblink you sent only address for watch with screen on or at least some power left.

It is plugged into the charge but unresponsive.  I have had it for a few years.  I'm sure they won't cover even though their firmware broke it.

so after leaving on the charge for about an hour.....the reset procedure worked [back and bottom button].
