Hey,
i have the same issue
my ionic went blank yesterday, tried all the reset options and charged it.
nothing worked apart from the watch kept vibrating and I couldn’t stop it until the battery went dead again.
i went and bought a New Ionic, and even that will not update and install on my phone. Tried it with WiFi and Bluetooth but keeps failing.
That factory reset is a farce! Fitbit should be ashamed of themselves! We (purchasers of ionic) purchased your so called "top of the line" product and all these complaints... And the same complaint 🤔 sounds like Fitbit ought to save face and just let us pay shipping and handling for our replacement watch and that is all! 😤😤🤷🏾♀

This is because of manufacturing issues! 🙄 And Fitbit know it! How could all of us be having the same on the highest priced watch? 🤷🏾♀ I'll tell you why, because we depend on those watches and they know it! So screw us with this issue by offering 25-40% off on a new defective Ionic!

That why i invested in it as well waterproof..
I got a blue black screen after the factory reset and while on the phone with customer service... I just think something went terribly wrong with this last update 😔

This definitely isn't a charging issue for me. The app on my phone shows the battery was at medium when it stopped working yesterday morning. The factory reset doesn't work.
@RicardoFitbit You didn’t address my next steps. There has been no mention of what the magenta triangle with the exclamation point means or what Fitbit is going to do about it. Please address this. Absolutely none of the troubleshooting measures work with this issue as I stated previously. I can’t even get a Fitbit logo with this magenta triangle popping up.
Yesterday evening my Fitbit ionic turned off - app told me the battery was dead even though it had a full charge in the morning. I tried to charge it - the screen did not turn on, I left it overnight and this morning it still won’t turn on. I have tried restarting and checking the charger cable (based on your trouble shooting guide) still will not turn on
