Not charging or turning on

My Ionic died during the night, and when I went to charge it this morning, nothing. Did not turn on, not reseting.....nothing. Has anyone else had a problem so far? Contacted FitBit support, was told to leave it on charge overnight and see what happens? Not a happy chap to say the least....

Had it for all of 48 hours....

Thanks so much!Same thing happened to me showing 13% battery when last synced! I just did as you suggested and it came on and is charging!!!

I am so glad for you! it was a battle to try and fix my fitbit as well,
but I saw the post and thought might as well try it.. I tried everything
else and this on worked.!

HI Danny,

I just tried it then and my Iconic has come back to life....happy I read this thread.  My battery died on me yesterday so I had it on charge, got up this morning and found nothing had happened, I was about to get in contact with support.  pretty happy to say the least.

It is my pleasure! But the thanks belong to another member of Fitbit
community, unfortunately I forgot his name. He gave me this advice and I
was so grateful that it worked for my watch. For some it works and for
some reason for others not. At least your phone is now up and running again.

The same thing happened to me and fitbit could careless. I am not happy at all!!  I told them I will never ever purchase another fitbit ever again!! They could careless!!!!
