Same issue with an Iphone.  Can't see installed apps or all apps.  I just wish fitbit was as good at fixing their software as they are in breaking it.

I had installed "Big Weather" when I first got the Ionic - thought it was cool.  When I realized there w/b a monthly cost associated with it - I switched clock face back to a free one.  There was no problem 4 months ago.

Just out of curiosity, how do you know that Fitibit is working diligently on this? And when you say diligently does that mean they have 10 engineers working 24/7 to fix this?  These continuing software problems with fitbit devices is hugely frustrating.

I cant get to my media controls either. Perhaps related, over the weekend I went to use my exercise app and all the custom exercises had been reset and my wallet credit card had stopped working. I had to reinstall the card and it worked. The rest, I cant get to the controls on the Fitbit App on my Galaxy Note 8. Irritating.

I brought the ionic yesterday, the clock faces briefly worked long enough for me to choose a face, and the apps haven't worked at all, at first saying there wasn't an internet connection when there was, now it's not saying anything, just a loading circle, which it never stops

Is this a normal issue for the app, if so I'm taking the watch back, and won't be using any products from fitbit in the future, these watches aren't cheap, and the idea that I'm not going to get the full use out of it isn't something I'm warming to

sorry to say, but you are not alone.

Many people are screaming for the issue...

I dont know how to get Fitbit on these issues.
people say restart reboot reload move closer to router... I have tried everything... NOTHING HELPS

In a few hours some comes by here and say sorry.... but that wont help

Hi all!

 

Hopefully you all report your problems to the Fitbit-Support, so hopefully one day all reported problems will be fixed!

 

I'm looking forward to a have a bug-free and userfriendly smartwatch, where everythink is working!

- No problems with sleep stages, also for people who have problems with their heart.

- No connecting problems.
- See data like HRV

....and much more.

I cannot get any apps to work either. Just a rolling circle constantly. I will be taking this watch back soon if there is not an imminent fix. I am not in here to do workarounds, I want a major issue fixed. I am certainly going Garmin instead.

Glad I'm not alone, but in some aspects, would have been better knowing that it was something I'm doing, rather than the app failing

With regard to this post: I would like to apologize to the moderator(s). I was (and still kind of am) angry and frustrated. That said, I am not deleting the post so those who read this part know exactly why I am offering an apology. Obviously, it is the right of moderators to move and delete messages as they see fit.

What I'd like to know now is, why the topic was changed/message moved? Who's in charge of this? All this action does is make me more angry. I don't care if you're a moderator. I have spent well over a thousand dollars on Fitbit devices. I have every right to complain, and post it where I see fit! Don't touch the d@mn messages!
