Hi, up until today my iconic has been syncing with Strava, now it’s stopped. I’ve logged out of both apps, checked it’s authorised and refreshed.

Fitbit Update 05/07/2018: Hey everyone -- We are aware of syncing difficulties between the Strava and Fitbit integration. Strava has addressed it here, and we are working to resolve this together with Strava as quickly as possible. Please follow this thread in the third-party integrations board for updates.

Syncing with Strava is not working today. Anyone else experiencing the same?

yep, same here..... all the details on fitbit, was connected to gps, but not syncing with strava.....

Same here. Since yesterday I think. It's happened once or twice before I think but they eventually sort it out. Let's hope they're aware of the problem

Hi,

 

Syncing my ionic to Strava has always worked for me however today my cycle activity hasn’t synced from ionic to strava. I have tried everything , including disconnecting the device on strava/resyncing and nothing works ( The activity’s is showing in the app).

 

any advice would be really appreciated . Thanks

Same thing is happening to me...  Tried everything.  Updated to new firmware on Friday and since then my activities appear in the Fitbit App but not in Strava.

Glad it’s not just me but is pushing me towards using just a Garmin......get it fixed Fitbit or you will lose a customer

I didn't update my firmware and am having the same issue.  My Friday run appeared immediately on Strava, but my Sunday night run didn't.

Same issue here. Worked on Sunday (yesterday) but not Monday. Is showing in the Fitbit app.

 

i did a 20km run today which I think deserves some kudos 🙂

One of my runs failed to sync yesterday.  This seems to be happening more often than not.  I'm really considering a switch to Garmin to save myself the hassle.
