Trouble Syncing Ionic with Strava

Hi, up until today my iconic has been syncing with Strava, now it’s stopped. I’ve logged out of both apps, checked it’s authorised and refreshed.

There is some improvement today (5/11) over the performance on Tuesday (5/8). Today Stava and My Fitness Pal picked up my Fitbit Ionic run data about 20 minutes after the Fitbit app picked it up from my Ionic. Also, the app had collected my run information already when I sat down to open the app and connect. This is getting closer to the performance I was seeing before the step back at the beginning of this week.

My runs were delayed in showing up for about a week but yesterday they stopped showing up at all. I could view them in strava but not Fitbit. I kind of don’t know where to start whether it’s a Fitbit issue or a strava issue.

@MissUrka it's not clear where the problem is but it is clear that there's nothing we can do until fitbit / strava fix it. Best to just keep an eye on the main thread for updates.

I’m considering returning my fitbit , because for me, it’s been nothing but problems and I’ve had no support from their customer services! Such a shame because I had high hopes!

 I am again struggling to get my information reflecting on Strava. It does not sync. It happend on the 9th and now again. Really frustrating for I do not have this problems with my TomTom and Garmin.

There's an ongoing issue with strava syncing at the moment. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit:

Hello everyone! I merged a bunch of threads about Ionic not syncing to Strava and created this big thread in order to keep them all organized in the same place. 

I just wanted to let you know that we are aware of this and looking into it. Please check the latest Fitbit update here (the accepted solution on this thread).

Strava has addressed it here, and we are working to resolve this together with Strava as quickly as possible. Please follow this thread in the third-party integrations board for updates.

Also, please note that this is not related to the latest firmware update that recently started.
