I hit another important marker this week. A lot of me reading is telling me that a waist measurement over 40" (at the navel for a man) is a red flag for health problems, especially in your 40's. At 39.5 years old, my waist now measures just over 39". That's another nice metric rather than just weight as I continue on this journey.

Another big milestone this week as my BMI dropped to 29.8, meaning I am no longer obese by any standards. That has never seemed attainable in the past and it's almost surreal to be here now.

I find the accountability here very helpful. The folk here are doing very well and it is exciting to see you so very close to your mini goal ! Getting pretty close to my second weight loss goal, very excited to see sub 200 lbs on the scale. I will adjusting to a new and final goal of 180 when I reach this one. That's what my Dr and I agree should be good for me.
