Lost -1 pound this week, should have lost a bit more with a -750 daily deficit. But with the holiday weekend, eating was bit chaotic so maybe that was more to blame. Still going in the right direction that is the important thing.

Greetings, new here and enjoyed reading the thread!
I've learned to treat weight loss like financial budgeting. My net take home pay is so many calories, I spend those calories on eating, and I have to ensure my net take home pay exceeds my spending. Right now I'm "in debt" by about 25 pounds so I'm decreasing my "spending" and increasing my "income".

It's a new month. I've just finished my 3rd week of maintenance after about 3 months of gaining weight. Wound up dropping about 0.4 lbs this week to 167.8 lbs according to TrendWeight (moving average), but the daily weigh-ins were all over the place running from 170 to 165.8 lbs.
Jan. 6, 2017: 202.3 lbs (initial starting weight)
Bulking Phase began 12/17
Ave. daily calories in last week.
Goal Range: 160-170 lbs

I ended a 20-week massing phase at 64.4 kg four weeks ago and the plan was to maintain at 64-65 kg for the next four weeks. After three consecutive weeks of dropping weight, I’m back into the maintenance range:
Week 0, ending 7-May-18: 64.4 kg (17.2%), 16.9k steps, 2947 cal. -> -0.40 kg
Week 1, ending 14-May-18: 63.9 kg (17.1%), 14.7k steps, 2876 cal. -> -0.46 kg
Week 2, ending 21-May-18: 63.7 kg (17.0%), 15.8k steps, 2828 cal. -> -0.17 kg
Week 3, ending 28-May-18: 64.0 kg (16.9%), 14.2k steps, 2819 cal. -> +0.26 kg
Week 4, ending 4-Jun-18: 64.4 kg (16.6%), 15.8k steps, 2811 cal. -> +0.44 kg
I was in Portugal for five days (came back this morning), and as expected gained quite a bit (65.9 kg on the scale this Tuesday morning!). However, this is attenuated by my use of a weekly average, so I ended the last week of the maintenance phase at 64.4 kg, right in the middle of the planned range.
My goal for the next twelve weeks will be to lose between 0.25 and 0.50 kg per week in average, which would translate in a total weight loss comprised between 3.0 and 6.0 kg.

I'm encouraged by all that you are doing, seeing your weight stats change helps me too.
Here are my stats:
Starting weight (as of May 31, 2018): 187

Last week's weight: 183.9
Current weight: 181.9 (-2)
Total Weight loss: 5.1
What I've been doing is alternating long workout days with short; in other words on the long workout days I'll do lots of walking, sprinting and hiking, then the next day I'll just get the minimum, which for me is 10K, sort of like a rest day.
On the days when I do the long workouts I try to keep my calories at 1,000 under Fitbit's recommendation, and the short workout days I keep them to around 500 under.
I read somewhere that Fitbit's recommended calories are usually way too much to lose weight on, so I simply use the above formula and it's been working well so far. If something changes I'll adapt but for now that's my goal. Oh, and I also increase all calories that I log by 10%, as I probably have a tendency to under estimate calories.
Let's make the coming week an excellent one. Please share any methods you use or anything of help to others who are likewise losing weight.

So I'm done with my bulk, have spent about 4 weeks at the heavy end of my range, and will now try to drop the calories to around 2200/day with the goal of losing 1/2 to 1 lbs/week. Hopefully this time most of the drop will come from fat stores and not LBM.
Initial starting weight: 202.3 lbs - Jan. 6. 2017
Lost 42 lbs (to around 160 lbs) by Aug. 2017.
Started Bulking Phase Dec. 2017 (SW 159.3 lbs)

Just started a 12-week cutting phase, am supposed to lose between 0.25 and 0.50 kg per week, but ended up gaining +0.29 kg :
