Period predictor stuck on view only

Anyone know how to fix the view only mode on period predictor? I keep accepting the term but nothing happens.

Same here! My menstrual cycle tracker is stuck in view only mode. I was able to edit this a couple of days ago, but now I can’t. Also keeps reverting to a page asking to use my data for tracking and predictions. Whether I click “agree” or “no thanks,” nothing happens and I’m promoted to answer the question all over again. So frustrating as this is my main way to track my periods. Let's hope they find a solution. ASAP.

My Sense 2 is not letting me log menstrual health data. Every time I try it pops up with the agreement to allow it to track my cycle data and make predictions. Whether I agree or disagree if force closes the menstrual health data. I have made sure the app is up-to-date. I have reset the watch. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in

It still is not working!!! The original poster described it accurately and posted the same screens I see. Fix it please. ASAP! It’s this Gosh-darned newest app update which is utter crap!

Same problem here. And with perimenopause i need to be able to edit this (as it thinks I’m on day 2 after pushing it since Thursday last week, but as usual it hasn’t shown up yet). Talk about frustration.  Don’t we have enough stress being a woman as it is?

All I keep getting is the agreement and then I click I agree and it kicks me out completely. My app is up to date

Hello,

I have been trying to update my cycle in the app but I keep getting the message to allow the app to track it. I obviously have hit agree every time but it’s not seeming to stick. 
I have tried multiple times, have tried signing in and out, deleting and redownloading the app but nothing seems to help. I even tried the “no thanks” option as a test, but I always get the same message. 
any suggestions?

I am having the same issue! 
I updated the app and tried again and then turned my phone off and back on and still the same issue. I keep hitting “I agree”. It kicks me out of the period tracker screen and back to my Home Screen. I just want to log my period!

I am having the same issue too and have tried the steps you have above too i hope they fix the issue soon as it seems to be bigger than us and I use it to track my hrt meds days. Help!
