Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

The time on my fitbit has been off aprox 9 hours for almost 8 months. Frustrating.
I tried this solution multiple times several times through out the 8 months and this solution did not work.
Today I tried it again from my computer, did it about 3 times and it did not work.
I then used my phone and it worked.
Thank you. Now I have the correct time.. makes it alot easier..

I've been having the same issue for about 3 weeks now! I've called Fitbit and they had me do all the same things! Nothing seems to work! Since it was under warranty I decided to upgrade it to the flex two. I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and an Apple iPad Pro and I do believe that since the upgrade on the app itself is the problem. When I spoke to the agent I explain the situation to her several times and told her about the app and when the issue started to occur. Hopefully they'll do another upgrade before I get my new flex two!

Hi Solange, I usually sync to an IOS device, an Apple
IPAD. So I can't plug into that. How do I restart syncing? Thanks so much!

@SolangeFitbit wrote:Hello my friends! It is nice to see you, and it is unfortunate to hear that your buddy is not syncing correctly. Let's try to fix this issue by following these instructions. Also, like some have suggested, a few restarts solve this type of problems.
To restart your One:
- Plug your charging cable into your computer.
- Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
- Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
- Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
Let me know how it goes!

All the solutions seem to work ......for a while, then it back to not syncing. Some times it works for months, sometime weeks, lately only days. It seems to be an ongoing problem.

I get nothing when following this -- my FitBit One screen went black and stayed black even though it also showed it would soon need recharging.

After holding down the button, it went black.
Unplugged it, but now it stays black.
I will keep trying!!!
