Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

Why !! it is not syn .. I had a great run (two plus hours) and for the impact on your day .. it says that it is loaing the activity..
and nothing shows up

Best AnswerEver since the last up date, I can occationaly get mine to sync. If I press the button sometimes it will come up other times it won't. I'm beyond frustrated!!!
I even changed the dash back to the old way and still nothing. I'm not going out and spending another 100.00, for fitbit to make another change and screw that one up also.
My fitbit one was working perfect until the last update.

Best AnswerI haven't been able to sync my Fitbit since 7/14. I've tried the "solution" in this thread multiple times to no avail. The Bluetooth on my iPhone isn't even seeing my Fitbit.... There's something rotten in Denmark.
I've been having issues with my Fitbit One for a couple of weeks. The reset/reboot solution works for a day or two, then the Bluetooth on my phone doesn't see my Fitbit One again. If Bluetooth does see my Fitbit, the sync stops in less than a minute with no changes and then indicates it doesn't see the Fitbit any more. I am syncing to a Samsung Galaxay Note 4. This is all very frustrating!!!
Best AnswerMy Fitbit One didn't sync from Saturday until just now (five days later). It has really been bothering me and I had already tried all the "fixes" I could find - restarting my phone, resetting my Fitbit, installing and uninstalling the app . . . It was making me so sad. Then I tried your suggestion and my Fitbit One is talking to my laptop and my Android again! Thank you!

Best AnswerI followed your directions but I still show 413 steps for all of yesterday and nothing for today. Mine last synced at 8:23 AM yesterday. Mine is a 6.46 Fitbit One.
