Since yesterday evening, I have been unable to sync my FitBit One with my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone and reinstalling the app but this hasn't fixed the issue. Is anyone else having problems? =(

I had issues today as well. Could not (never did) get the Version to pop. Finally started fooling around with the dongle and unplugged it and put it in a different (cabled) USB port and it finally worked. (Running windows 7 Pro) The randomness of the failures and solutions is puzzling to say the very least.
Best AnswerHallelujah, Evie! You're a lifesaver! I'd been walking "invisible steps" for almost 2 full days now! Thanks for posting this solution!!!

Best Answer@1moore Did this solve the problem definitely or just temporarily?
My One(s) are all OK (Work perfekt with the iPAd and PC ) and my Samsung Galaxy 5s mini Bluetooth is OK (All other devices connect and operate without problems) but since some time in June (probably with the introduction of Version 2.27) I have permanently problems because the FitBit-App seems to skip bluetooth device discovery (Tracker not found) and only at random connects with the device.
Best AnswerYes! Mine worked extremely well for two and a half years. Then this summer, I've spent more time trying to "fix" the syncing issue than getting to actually use and benefit from data on my activity. I am stunned that there is so much discussion over this problem and so little response from the company.
Best Answeroh thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I was in a panic...thank you it worked! I dont know why or how, but who cares 😄
@Evie_W wrote:I just fixed mine. Put it in the recharging thing and plug into a USB slot. Press the button until you see the firmware version (FITBIT 6.60) - about 15 seconds. Take it out of the charger and press the button until you see your steps, and etc. Open the app on your phone/computer and sync it.
Best AnswerI just did that, it didn't work.
Best AnswerThere's definitely something bigger going on here. I've been either having the one be off, or just losing connnectivity for several weeks. The plug in/reset seems to work and re-sync, but a couple days later it's off again. This is after almost 2 years of no issues.
Best AnswerI tried pluggin in, got the 6:60 Firmware flash and tried syncing, logged in w/sync in. This did not work for me. I tried it a couple of times. Do I need to do something other than put the sync thing in and log in? The time is wrong, the rest is working. But it is NOT syncing. Any other advice. The time is about 6 hrs off which restarts my day at at 6pm, not good.
