Does anyone have a Fitbit that is 2 years old or older. Or do we all get switched off so we have to buy a new one???  I got mine July 2017. Have worn it everyday  suddenly the screen goes blank. Everything else works.

I agree it's a software bug.  I will try to call tech support on Monday since I have an existing problem with not reporting pulse.
