Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Another stock reply which doesn't mean anything and doesn't help all the people who have the cracked screens and are no longer under their warranty. So frustrating. They are not addressing any of our concerns whatsoever.

Fitbit charge 2, my screen cracked after wearing it for 2 months and now I can not read the time or steps. I have been offered a Charge 3 with a discount.

Blah blah blah same scripted response. How about taking care of your defective product that customers are stuck with..... Over 10 years I've owned a fitbit, I guess that doesn't count for much. You know by the number of comments on this feed that your product has defects. Do something about all of your unhappy, disappointed customers!

Only 2 months and they made you pay for a new one???? They should have just given you the New HR Charge 3 for free. smh!

Same here. I will never purchase another Fitbit product. I just purchased an Apple Watch and I love all the wonderful features. A bit pricey you might say but paying for a $150 disposable Fitbit product every year is much worse.

Love my Charge 2, have been using it for over 18 months. Bought another one for my father and Alta HR for my wife too. A week ago realized there is a crack on the screen (top-to-bottom) as most in this thread indicated, extruding outward - indicating pressure from inside the fitbit. What are the option available to us sad souls?

I contacted Fitbit online and I took the option of receiving 1/2 on a Versa. Also ordered a protective case from Amazon. It was really easy. I really didnt want to spend extra money but it is an upgrade on what I had.

Hi Sue, my Charge 2 screen has done the exact same thing. Did you ever make any progress on getting it replaced? When the rest of it is working, it seems strange to have to replace the whole thing if I could only change the screen.
Thanks

Since I've had mine for almost 2 years, I did not contact them since they won't do anything if out of warranty. Also, unfortunately, before I found this thread, I bought a new fitbit (the 3) on black -friday, thinking I had done something to crack the screen on the 2. Mr husband is giving it to me for Christmas 😞 Had it not been for the cracked screen, I would not have bought a new one. Now I'm sorry I bought the hr3.
