Love my Fitbit but hate that my screen has cracked down the middle. I have not dropped it or done anything weird just put it in charge and woke up to a cracked screen. It seems to have warped and now I cannot read the time etc. still works and syncs to phone but cannot use it as a watch 😢 Seems to be a common occurrence with these watches. Can you get the screen replaced?

Please bear in mind there is no warranty on the replacement one they issue!
It very well may crack again like mine and many others and Fitbit will do nothing thing to take responsibility for faulty goods.

I wish we could publicise this as they are profiting with a faulty product and can continue without ever taking responsibility

Yes, there is so many complaints same problem cracked screen, the mediator say read your warranty which we all know cracked screen are not covered even if the Fitbit one month old. I have called several times talked to a supervisor they offered me a discount on a new one. That is the standard answer. So mad, I have told several friends and family not to buy a fit bit. Very disgusting, that a company will not admit a problem.

So Ricardo!,,  you want us all to “ rest assured”?

And you thank us for“taking the time to share” ?   Exactly How should we “rest assured  “ when we are all angry about the way we are being treated?  And, as for “taking the time, to contact you “  I would Mucb rather be doing other things than posting to a company who treats their customers with such careless disregard ...

Excactly what many thousands of us feel, but we do have to watch how we say it as most messages that show how upsets like  thousands of us are, get deleted like many of mine have already have been, the term lip service is so correct with the answers we get, sooo condescending and totally disregard to the thousands of people who have paid good money to this company, just admit their is a problem with the screen

I'm sure they don't get an alert but if they do, Fitbit may have noticed today that after over 5 years of continuous use of various Fitbits, my Fitbit has finally stopped recording any activity and has stopped communicating with the phone app. That's because its cracked screen has degraded to the point where half the display no longer works and I've replaced it with a Garmin VivoActive 3. The Fitbit is now in the bin. I'll never buy anything from Fitbit again, and I'm telling everyone I encounter of my experiences and warning them not to consider buying from Fitbit. Congratulations Fitbit in showing your contempt for people who spent a considerable amount of money buying your badly designed and built garbage.

Fitbit - until you acknowledge to your many loyal customers that there IS a problem with the Charge 2 device, be prepared for people to be unhappy. You cannot continue to systematically fob people off. It is outrageous of you to accept that your devices have a limited shelf life. We pay good money for your products and expect quality. I will continue to post about this until you offer a decent resolution to us all.

And a measly % off a top of the range device is not acceptable. There is a wider issue and you have a duty to consumers to act with honesty and decency. I will take whatever seem necessary. And I'm now saving up for a the new Samsung active that will be out by October.
