Can't get notifications on Charge 2

I am beyond frustration since I updated my Charge 2 back in July. I have tried for a good month to get notifications on my Charge 2> I have seen many other posts about this issue too! I have tried everything - all of the suggestions under Help and other people's ideas.I even put this question out on Facebook this past Sunday and no one can help me!!! NOTHING WORKS! I want my notifications! Help!!!!!

Hello everyone. Let me help you with your missing notifications. 

Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
  • Make sure to have the app up to date.

Sorry but that didn’t work now either. I have tried many times before restarting my Fitbit and my phone 😕 but it just doesn’t work
